Returns Policy for Originals and Print on Demand products

 

Returning Original artwork purchased from Galerie Myrtille

 

For any original artwork (i.e. artwork that is not fulfilled by our print-on-demand company) that you are not entirely satisfied with, please return it to us in its original state and will will be happy to offer a full refund.

 

In the event that any of our original products arrive to you damaged then please contact us immediately sending photographs of the damage. We will then work with you to have the artwork returned to us and we will refund the postage of the return of the artwork.

Returning Print On Demand Products

​

All our designs are created by Galerie Myrtille, but the printing and fulfilment is carried out by Printful. In the event of damage, defects or misprints, Galerie Myrtille we will do everything we can to liaise between yourself and Printful to ensure you receive our designs are printed and delivered to you at the very highest standard.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective please contact us (via our contact page or email us at galeriemyrtille@gmail.com) and we will submit a claim to them immediately. This is a very rare occurrence, and so far we have had no problems claiming refunds or newly posted products from them in a matter of days when these situations have arisen.

Due to the individually printed nature of the products Printful and Galerie Myrtille are unable to accept returns unless there is a fault at their end. Printful will not, for example, exchange sizes or offer to replace a mistakenly purchased product. Therefore we would advise you to be as careful as possible in size and product selection.

At present our returns policy for Galerie Myrtille’s print-on-demand products mirrors Printful’s, ensuring you products are received to the highest standards.

In the event of a misprinted/damaged/defective item

​

Please submit a claim to us within 30 days

​

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

​

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

​

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

​

If you haven't registered an account on and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Returned by Customer – Due to the individual nature of each product, Printful and Galerie Myrtille are unable to accept returns on the basis of anything other than damage, defects or misprinting. Please therefore select your product with care and consider your size before hand.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized; therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language,

regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
